All orders take 1-2 business days to process and ship.  Shipping is mainly handled by USPS or UPS. Once  order is shipped out to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or incorrectly addressed packages.  
    If your merchandise are marked delivered and are not in your possession, you will need to contact USPS or UPS as they handle the processing of your package order. We are not responsible for packages that state they have been delivered to your order address.

      Expedited shipping fees are not refunded if shipping carrier failed to meet shipping time.

      It is the buyers responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the address is entered incorrectly and your package is sent back to us, due to and “Undeliverable as Addressed”, there will be a fee of $10 to ship to the correct address. If your package is not claimed within 20 days , no store credit will be issued.
        All international orders may be charged custom taxes, tariffs, duties or international fees. You are responsible for all fees charged. We do not know what these fees and charges are so we advise you to contact your country customs office for exact charges or fees. 

          There is no refund or credit given on any shipping fees.
