We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT  issue refunds to your original payment  method. Store Credit will be issued within 5-7 business days once item is processed and pass inspection. 

    We accept return merchandise for online Store credit within 14 days of delivery. Store credit will be applied for merchandise only. No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges.  Store credit can only be used for future purchases.  Store credit cannot be used on previous purchases and are non transferable. 

      We do not offer return labels for returns.   You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. You can choose whichever shipping provider, but we strongly recommend a tracking number.  

        Please contact us first via email for a return authorization . Any returns sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted. You will be responsible for a $10 fee to ship back to you.

          Please include original invoice and reason for return

            No returns will be accepted if any of the merchandise tags have been removed, stains on merchandise, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke, pet hairs, or any other odors.  All tags must be intact.  Merchandise that appears to have been washed or worn once will not be accepted for returns.

              There is a $10 fee for any returns that need to be shipped back to you if any of these guidelines are not met.
